Each item sent out is well-inspected by our team. However, if you receive an item with a defect, we will gladly exchange the item or refund the full amount you paid. Any items returned will be inspected and must have no visible signs of wear or use and be in their original packaging including box and card. Shipping costs for international orders is calculated at check-out. Please note that the total amount does not include customs and duties fees. All international orders must be paid by credit card.
Most orders placed through our website take from 2 to 5 working days to arrive to you. Items placed on Friday or any national holiday will be processed the next working day. We provide a pick-up option from Zamalek by appointment that you can choose at checkout. Once the package is ready, you receive a pick-up ready email with all the information you need including address details, contact number, and working hours.
We also provide a pick-up option from Cairopolitan's official store at 8, Dar El Shefa, Garden City. Please bring a receipt/screenshot of your order and the team will have your order ready. Kindly refer back to their working hours before heading there.
